The International Journal of Community, Solidarity and Responsibility is committed to maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the scholarly record. This policy outlines the journal’s principles and procedures concerning the reuse of published content, article withdrawal, corrections, retractions, and removal.
All articles published in the journal are distributed under the applicable open access license. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, and reuse the content provided that proper attribution is given to the original author(s) and the journal, and that such use complies with the terms of the selected license.
Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Any reuse must respect academic and ethical norms, including proper citation and acknowledgment.
Manuscripts may be withdrawn prior to publication under exceptional circumstances, such as significant errors, duplicate submission, ethical concerns, or author request with valid justification. Withdrawal requests must be submitted formally to the editorial office and are subject to editorial evaluation.
Withdrawal is not permitted once the article has been formally published, except under conditions requiring correction or retraction.
If minor errors that do not compromise the validity of the research are identified after publication, the journal may issue a correction notice. Corrections address issues such as typographical mistakes, author details, or minor factual inaccuracies.
Corrections are made transparently and are linked to the original article to preserve the academic record.
Retraction may occur when serious issues are identified that invalidate the findings or compromise ethical standards. Grounds for retraction include, but are not limited to:
Confirmations of misconduct will result in a formal retraction notice explaining the reason for retraction. Retracted articles remain accessible for scholarly transparency but are clearly marked as retracted.
In rare and exceptional cases, an article may be removed from the journal’s platform. Removal may occur when content is found to violate legal requirements, pose significant risks, or infringe upon rights that cannot be addressed through correction or retraction.
A removal statement will be issued to maintain transparency.
